Lehandra has been with Welcome her entire Tourism career and began her journey here in 1999 when she was employed as a junior consultant. Lehandra is a very driven person who loves constant challenges within her working environment.

Lehandra started at Welcome Tourism Services 11 years ago as a junior consultant. She quickly learnt the art of inbound tour operating and selling the Southern African destination.

After 5 years of consulting, Lehandra was made Supervisor of the A la Carte Team where she continued within operations for another4 years and realised she seeked a bigger and different challenge. It was upon this that she then accepted a position within the Contracting Department.

Lehandra has been within the Contracting environment for just over 3 years and is currently handling our biggest contracting partner, namely Dertour. She thoroughly enjoys her role within the company.

She finds her position diverse that constantly keep her on her toes. She is very passionate about her working environment and for her every moment is an opportunity to learn, to grow and to experience.
