Megan likes to pride herself on being organised and thorough. She follows through on any task that is given to her and her approach has resulted in a unified Dertour Team that has achieved impressive results. Megan started off her career in Tourvest Destination Management as an Accounts Queries Clerk before moving to Welcome Tourism Services as a consultant. Today she is the Team Manager of the largest Team within Welcome Tourism Services and was awarded a Service Excellence Award in 2010.

Megan is the proud new Mother of Mila Phelan and is fun loving, easy-going and well-respected by all her colleagues.
