Manager on duty and customer care line
To deal with any emergency, we have an operations manager on duty, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. This well trained member of the team has sufficient decision-making authority to execute any alternative arrangements your client may require. Our well - staffed customer care line will deal with any logistical issues or emergencies clients may encounter during their travels in our regions.
Access to VIP Premier Lounges
On request and on achieving a minimum booking value, free access to a premier lounge at any South African International Airport is issued.
Mobile / cellular rental
To ensure continued peace of mind and convenience throughout their stay in South Africa, clients have the opportunity to rent a mobile / cellular phone. The phone must be booked prior to arriving in the country. Rental is free but mandatory insurance and calls are charged.
