Bushman paintings
The Cederberg is one of the richest regions of Southern African rock art, with an estimated 2000 or more painting sites in the rugged mountains. Enjoy a fascinating tour to the Clanwilliam 'living landscape project', where with a guide trained by renowned archaeologist Prof. John Parkington, guests will be transported by Land-Rover to explore these exquisite rock-paintings in the outdoor art galleries of the hunter-gatherers or San Bushman.

Gold Panning in Pilgrim's Rest
As the gold panners from the 1800's did, we can offer your guest the opportunity to pan for their own gold. Tours can be organized with a visit to the digging site at Mac Mac, and a brief history of the area and gold panning activities. This is a relaxing and fun activity for the whole family.

Hiking in the Blyde River Canyon
The Blyde River Canyon provides some of South Africa's most breathtaking scenery and is the third largest gorge in the world, after the Grand Canyon (USA) and Fish River Canyon (Namibia). The 29,000-hectare (71,662-acre) reserve is home to a rich variety of wildlife including rare birds and lichens. Hiking trails through the canyon are very popular and adds a definite twist to your visit to Mpumalanga.

Global Forest Products (Pty) Ltd approved a sole concession for about 15000ha, which allows us to take mountain bike riders on a guided, eco friendly exploration in one of the rich historical and most beautiful areas of South Africa. The trails include spectacular mountain trails, stunning views, compellingly beautiful waterfalls, crystal clear rivers, hidden valleys and pristine forests the trails are guided by experienced mountain bikers.

The Making of Amarula
The Amarula Lapa in the Limpopo Province town of Phalaborwa, South Africa is the ideal place to experience the natural taste of Amarula Cream - our exotic wild fruit liqueur. Situated in the bushveld just outside the town, the Amarula Lapa is adjacent to the Amarula Cream production plant.
